Those not on the management team in HR got little to no say in their flex hybrid arrangements - no growth. employees stay in the same entry level position for years on end with nothing but an annual increase. management does not seem to want their employees to strive but would rather hire someone externally. - extremely high turnover in HR specifically. - they promote their learning database but do not offer real opportunities to learn and grow. - low salary and only small annual increases
