Pros

Free parking, hybrid work environment. Some people are great

Cons

HR is a complete joke run by someone who constantly lies and is disliked/distrusted by pretty much all employees. Turnover in this group is extremely high. CEO is arrogant and moody and likes to talk down and berate people if he's in an extra bad mood. Terrible benefits for an insurance company. Spend tons of $$$ on their top execs and sales reps while keeping everyone else's salary at a bare minimum.

Pros

- company events - casual - vacation entitlement - recruitment team is so nice and really does sell the company well - Patty

Cons

- old-school mentality, not willing to be innovative with their ideas and growth. operating using ancient software. - micromanaged. management has no trust in their employees and is not willing to allocate. so micromanaged that the "flex hybrid work arrangements" is dictated by management on a case-by-case basis. Those not on the management team in HR got little to no say in their flex hybrid arrangements - no growth. employees stay in the same entry level position for years on end with nothing but an annual increase. management does not seem to want their employees to strive but would rather hire someone externally. - extremely high turnover in HR specifically. - they promote their learning database but do not offer real opportunities to learn and grow. - low salary and only small annual increases
