Pros
Fun environment Learned a lot!! Made new friends (instructors and students) I was trusted with a lot of responsibilities and autonomy Planes are maintained well
Cons
Instructors were unhappy, so they complained a lot, and it made some days tough. Low pay Owners don't really seem passionate about Aviation and come across as greedy and cheap. But they were always nice to me.
