      Nothing but the team members get you through.

      Most of the positive reviews on here are actually Head Office employees who are forced to do it. Truth is that they are a toxic company who do not care about their employees in any way whatsoever. Clothes are of low quality therefore returns are high. Management is selected poorly, and those that are actually good at their job are unappreciated. EVERY single person that has worked there for all the years I was there, left for the same reason; the place drains you of your life and soul. It's ironic that it is called JOY because it is quite the opposite.

      Friendly and knowledgeable team that supports interns. Real-world exposure to security tools and penetration testing. Opportunity to work on live projects involving risk assessments. Transparent communication from mentors and leads. Flexible working hours and supportive environment.

      Cons

      Limited access to some advanced tools due to intern status. No stipend or minimal compensation during internship period. Lack of structured onboarding for new interns. Could use more interactive team sessions or cybersecurity drills. Documentation process could be improved.
