This is Sam - I am the CEO of Joy Technologies. I was surprised to see such a negative review and decided to respond. Joy Technologies (or any company) can not survive in today's job market with such a list of cons. It's ironic - Joy Technologies is the fastest growing marketing firm in Tamil Nadu, the 6th fastest growing marketing firm in India (as per LinkedIn data), and we have an industry-leading attrition rate because of our fantastic culture. Readers must ask themselves how a company can survive if not become the fastest growing company in a large category with an industry-leading attrition rate and have such a list of terrible policies. I will not legitimize the cons listed by replying to them - they are either outlandishly wrong or vaguely exaggerated. We have the best people-first culture and transparent policies that we discuss and get feedback from people - after all, policies are put in to help people do a great job. It takes sleepless nights, grit, and passion for building a company. We (not just I), all of our people at Joy Technologies, have done that out of pure love, affection, and joy in the last two years. We do world class work and we have built a world class people first culture. Of course there are places we can improve (who doesn't?), but such representation is absolutely false for who we are. Please do not abuse the review system by sharing such false statements. Pros

Very nice management personality wise. Culture concept is joy and happiness. You get to work for a global company.

Cons

The management doesn't exactly know what they are doing. My role was everything from sales to business development to creating marketing collateral and readjusting product development. There is no guidance as Americans are working during the Indian graveyard shift which is where management is located.

They don't give solid contracts and make their employees leave without any reason and warning.
