      Pros

      The curriculum was amazing as was the staffs love for the children.

      Cons

      The owner is crazy and needs to seek counseling. High turnover in staff because she pays minimum wage but requires you to do more than one person can do, work on your breaks and after hours without pay and treats her staff like they're worthless and know nothing although most of them have more experience and education than she does because she's never taught.

      Pros

      The owner/director kept the childcare center running smooth, with kind and helpful staff. A lot of freedom (empowerment) was given to me to work in my environment to make sure I did my job well.

      Cons

      The center was a religion based center, which was no problem. However, it conflicted for me because I do not believe in that religion. There were multiple times that this was an issue when I was expected to have lesson plans pertaining to that religion. Nothing was forced, however it didn't work for me.
