Pros
The owner/director kept the childcare center running smooth, with kind and helpful staff. A lot of freedom (empowerment) was given to me to work in my environment to make sure I did my job well.
Cons
The center was a religion based center, which was no problem. However, it conflicted for me because I do not believe in that religion. There were multiple times that this was an issue when I was expected to have lesson plans pertaining to that religion. Nothing was forced, however it didn't work for me.
