If you need clearly defined job descriptions or rigid responsibilities, startups probably aren't for you - There's a lot to get done which also means you're working hard and moving fast. Definitely not a job where you can coast. - You have to be flexible and adaptable to strive here. The team really values innovation, thinking out of the box, and creativity; this can be hard for some people, so just something to be aware of
