- I love coming to work and getting to work with kind, empathetic, smart, driven people on all teams - Super fulfilling work, patient-centric and really mission-driven - Small team allows for nimble, innovative, fast-moving projects and testing - True startup feel, work hard for a shared mission
Cons
- Startup vibe means processes are still being developed and projects move fast. If you need clearly defined job descriptions or rigid responsibilities, startups probably aren't for you - There's a lot to get done which also means you're working hard and moving fast. Definitely not a job where you can coast. - You have to be flexible and adaptable to strive here. The team really values innovation, thinking out of the box, and creativity; this can be hard for some people, so just something to be aware of
