Jpay has very good opportunities for career advancement. One of the most influential factors in this is that the entire company is under one roof...This gives and individual increased exposure to all facets of the company and the ability to network.
Cons
There are a lot of politics at play in this environment. It can be very frustrating at times with constant continual changes in policy etc. Especially frustrating when these changes if done correctly the first time with all the right parties involved contributing feedback etc would not have to be changed over and over.
