Strategy keeps changing on a daily basis...too much money sloshing around for projects that have questionable value.

I have been in Jugnoo for almost 10 months. It was a overall very good experience. Learned a lot of things.. you are given ample of opportunities, you have to prove it just once , then you could venture where ever you want. Very open culture, horizontal heirarchy, every one accessible all the time, company not shy to implement your idea, you would get a chance to work on real life problems, for fast paced learning , people happy to help you out, have plethora of products and services.. so you could choose where exactly you wanna see the change happen. Upper management​ is very smart.. got a chance to work with some of the smartest people. Highly recommended for people who actually want to get into entrepreneurship later in their life. Infact Samar (CEO) motivates people to work on their own ideas. Have worked in startups before too... But the pace with which this company moves is simply jaw dropping. You would get to know the latest tech products and tools trending now a days. Tech team is also supportive. People just don't shy away from their responsibilities.. infact they make extra effort to make the things happen. #Simply Amazing Experience !!

Company is moving fast.. so they want people to move fast with them.. sometimes because of the pace.. things are half cooked.
