We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way. What you’ve described – concerns about trust, recognition, communication, and culture – are not what we aspire to as a company, and it’s disheartening to hear that this has been your perspective.
While many of the points you raise differ from feedback we receive in general across the company, and some of the issues fall outside the immediate scope of our People and Culture team, your feedback is important to us. We want to assure you that we take these concerns seriously and are committed to understanding and addressing them. Creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported is something we care about, and we know we don’t always get it right.
