      The team is very committed to the young people they serve. Strong organizational values. People get along and like each other. Great management team.

      Get to work with incredible empathetic people Getting to work with youth reminds each front office employee the purpose of the job Great benefits and vacation time

      Cons

      Can't think of anything particular. One thing to keep in mind for future and even current employees, the salaries in non profits may not be high however there are great benefits and vacation time off and we learn a lot and wear many hats that shape us. That becomes a pro.
