Pros
They promise you heavy and quick progression but whether this is actually the case is debatable.
Cons
This company won't tell you until you're on your way that you'll spend your first 2/3 months of working for them going door to door on council estates till 7 at night trying to sell them things. I personally was approached for a role and not told what I would be doing until I was stood in a bus station for a supposed 'briefing' that included a lot of 'this role is what you make of it,' talk. Regardless of your level of experience (apparently), every one is expected to basically put themselves at risk on a daily basis going round incredibly intimidating areas for any normal person. All talk and no action from my experience with them and their underqualified and socially awkward staff.
