      -great benefits -management is amazing -friendly staff -reasonable pay

      Cons

      I can’t think of any cons. It is a job where you have to be active & use a lot of energy sometimes, however, that is the work style I prefer so I loved it!

      Pros

      -Great for college schedules -Great co-workers - Managers that uphold quality standards - Of course, getting to make a difference in children's lives in such a positive environment

      Cons

      - Most shifts are only 5 hours - Closed around holidays, so muss out on hours (but get time to see my family and friends, so not sure if that's a negative :).
