-creative strategy/ideation can become mundane and innovation is stumped by lack of progress from marketing/product/publisher relation teams -management is slow to make any change in sales strategy as the corporate ladder gets in the way -things get personal too quickly, it's business people -total lack of transparency in day to day happenings from business deals, new partner relationships, promotion opportunities, etc.
