Pros
Everyone here is really unique and super friendly. After being hired I immediately felt like a part of the team. Overall company culture is awesome and they offer employees a bunch of on/off site opportunities. Multiple sports teams that play in different leagues throughout the year-soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. In office yoga, movie nights, happy hours, and more. I originally started as an intern and was promoted to a full time position within one year.
Cons
It's really difficult when trying to think of a "con" but one thing that could be improved is the training procedure.
