I absolutely love working at Junction 37! The vibe here is amazing, thanks to a great team leader who fosters a positive and supportive environment. The HR is always there to check on you, making sure you feel valued and supported. What I appreciate most is the human-based management approach, which truly prioritizes the well-being of employees. The work-life balance is also fantastic, allowing me to thrive both personally and professionally. I couldn't ask for a better place to grow and contribute!

Cons

I suggest that opportunities for career advancement be more clearly defined to help employees navigate their growth within the company.

Pros

Working at Junction 37 has been an extremely rewarding experience, so I wanted to share my personal thoughts. Every single person in the agency is knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and always available to help. It really is a TEAM environment in which everyone wants the best for each other, providing the support needed for both professional and personal growth. Joining the agency is also joining a big family, where your manager and coworkers will genuinely care for you as a person on top of your work. - Getting to learn from and work with such amazing people and high levels of talent even makes office days ones to look forward to. - Since starting I have only ever been encouraged to expand and strengthen my abilities, and have been given the support needed to accomplish that. The leadership is excellent, providing exemplary guidance and an open-door policy for full support and transparency. The team has regular check-ups in which everyone is asked and encouraged to raise their hand to ask for help, or have any question answered. Overall, everyone is actively pushed to learn different platforms, develop new skills, and discover interests with resources provided to help do so. Junction 37 works with socially conscious brands and companies, making the job that much more rewarding. The team is not only promoting ethical, purpose driven brands, but also goes above and beyond every day to make sure results surpass all expectations. Driven by purpose, growth, and genuine care for the work being done, it is a company with employees that put in the extra work required to assure the success of its clients. The high level of dedication is felt throughout the entire organization, and shown in the meaningful work delivered. It is an agency that truly cares about and prioritizes their work, clients, and employees. I’m very thankful for my J37 team and for the constant support, abundant learning opportunities, and tremendous personal growth that my journey at this company has given me. I could not recommend this agency enough as a place to work and expand your potential!

Cons

Genuinely can't think of any.

Pros

If you're early in your career (supervisor level or below), Junction 37 is a strong place to start. You'll get hands-on experience across multiple channels and platforms, more freedom than you’d get at a holding company, and direct exposure to clients and even the CEO. It’s a great place to learn, test, and grow your skillset quickly.

Cons

For AD/Director level and above, this is more of a pit stop than a place to build a long-term career. While pay is solid, the leadership environment is stifling. The executive team operates as an echo chamber, and the CEO enforces a “my way or the highway” mentality that leaves little room for differing perspectives or innovation. Many senior leaders have exited over the past two years, and it's not hard to see why. If you're driven by collaboration, mentorship, or growth from strong leadership, this likely isn't the right environment. Expect long hours and minimal support — the priority is margin, not employee well-being. Other Notes: For the record, most of the 4–5 star reviews here were requested — if not strongly encouraged — by leadership. I was personally asked multiple times over several weeks to submit a Glassdoor review, with the understanding that leadership would read it immediately and likely know it was mine (given the company’s small size). That pressure made it hard for me and others to leave an honest review at the time.
