Pros
Loved the people, work environment, and students. It’s a really special place. I worked there from 2004-2009... never thought I would have been there so long, but the culture and people kept me there!
Cons
It’s located in a rural location... that comes with both pros and cons. The racial and cultural diversity of the community is sparse.
