      Pros

      Loved the people, work environment, and students. It’s a really special place. I worked there from 2004-2009... never thought I would have been there so long, but the culture and people kept me there!

      Cons

      It’s located in a rural location... that comes with both pros and cons. The racial and cultural diversity of the community is sparse.

      The librarians are amazing and friendly, which makes going to work so much easier and I honestly looked forward to coming in every day.

      None, working at the library is so fun.

      Everyone is nice. Don't want to hurt anyones feelings

      Cons

      Care more about EDI, saving money, trans, rather than the actual growth and development of students. Once heard that we need to hire more employees of color. Not sure what race has to do with the qualification of an applicant. School and executives care more about the non-normal 1% of students and don't care what the 99% of normal students think. Forced vaccine and mask mandates on everyone. No scientific data to back the decisions.
