      Great induction training, good conference and team building days out.

      Cons

      Lack of training with new initiative that roled out, I was a new member of staff that got located in a different centre with 3 times the caseload with no support or help when I required it.

      Good perks, early finish Fridays, birthdays off, lots of social events, lovely teams.

      Cons

      Heavily micromanaged, inconsistent messages from directors and management, some working practices feel out dated, no clear direction of business growth.
