      Great induction training, good conference and team building days out.

      Cons

      Lack of training with new initiative that roled out, I was a new member of staff that got located in a different centre with 3 times the caseload with no support or help when I required it.

      Rewarding when you saw a student succeed and grow in confidence.

      Cons

      Poor organisation. Little to none training provided for staff Management don't want to take on board your opinions on how to make things work. High turn over of staff
