Pros
- Leadership really cares about the people and has tried to do the best by them even in the face of making hard decisions over the last few years - Smart team that wants to build something unique - No jerks. Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed - The platform can do things that others cannot, which allows for super complex use cases and massive scale at some of the biggest companies in the world - Always trying to solve big challenges - Startup atmosphere so there is a lot of latitude to learn and stretch yourself if you are willing to take on more that is out of your comfort zone - Benefits are good and some special perks are really awesome: hundreds of dollars in wellness benefit and thousands of dollars in vacation reimbursements
Cons
- Product category hasn't been really clear in the the early days which has confused the market (team seems to be figuring this out based on the recent rebranding / site redesign) - Many diverse use-cases across early customers (typical startup stuff) requires a lot of attention for the CS, Prod, and Eng orgs which has slowed down innovation and makes prioritization difficult at times. This has gotten better over time but still pops up
