i wish to write more good stuff, but the experience being there is just a nightmare. FACT: Whatever you read on the bad review are mostly true. The good review are only sugarcoated by the current employee to balance the star rating. FACT: Even the good review was done as a request by management, and not by goodwill of the employee. The employee themselves who wrote it, hate the company, system, and especially the management. Surprise? If you're new, you are given few week of training, you will be surprised there's no proper system in place. Everything is messy. That's just a start 1) Some of the colleagues doesn't respect other races by talking in their language and left others hanging. 2) They will say lack of experience is welcome to the company too as there will be training provided. True, but if you the kind of person that is outspoken, they will find your fault every chance they can get and even create a fault that is not even yours to begin with (by they, i meant mostly by the COO) 3) They will squeeze your time as much as possible and demand you to work 7am to 9pm daily. Even if you're not required to do so. 4) Blame game is a norm by the COO. He will blame anyone, but never his own. 5) Un-professional code of conduct by the leadership 6) Your voice is heard if you have any comments, but be prepared to get backlash. P/S Never ever trust the COO or any of his words of kindness (oh, he wasn't even a kind, maybe you'll see his act of kindness once a year or so) . You will see a lot of people actually licking his back, just to ensure they're are safe and unharmed. People's believe that the COO brings no value to the company except marrying the CEO. The kind of person that have a small people energy. Outside appearance, will pretend to act arrogant and finding fault as his daily mantra. But inside, an afraid fragile person that afraid of any force coming to him. Careful if you want to work here, dont say we didn't warn you. *I swear every words are true, and nothing is except the truth
