You work from home for the most part all the employees are very helpful and Management as well. Everyone is attentive in training to give you the best training. I noticed when I started it is a true team how everyone works together virtually. They give you all the tools to succeed but the best part is they give you room to be innovative give your ideas input and grow and develop new skills. This company values it's employees and if you need time off they understand when family things come up . Its not a regular 9to5 job sitting behind a desk and being told what to do. Here you can give your ideas they are not shut down manage your own time and grow. The pay is above standard and they have great benefits as well. Lots of room for career opportunity.
Cons
I would have to say they don't really have a lot of cons because they are always trying to build every part of the business to better it for the customers and the employees as they are growing. But one con would be when working from home no human connection like you would have in a office, If you like to build friendships with co workers in a office setting then working from home might be a little quiet. The good part you get to build friendships with the team you are on.
