Pros
I enjoy working for Juvo Plus, and I can't say enough good things about them. The team is incredibly supportive and made me feel welcome from the start. They were always available to answer questions and offer guidance, which made me feel part of the team. What really stood out to me was the amount I've learned while working here. Juvo Plus is excellent for growth opportunities, learning and development, and training. I was able to take on a variety of projects that challenged me and helped me develop new skills in my area of interest. I felt like I am constantly learning, which is really exciting. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive team and excellent growth opportunities. It's a fantastic place to work and I feel lucky to be a part of it.
Cons
At any new company, there will always be growing pains of allocating roles and responsibilities but i'd say that Juvo does a great job of identifying those problem areas, tackling them at the source and adjusting as we grow.
