6yHi and thank you for your incredibly honest review. You are right in saying that we have been discussing transformation for a long period of time. This is something that we are incredibly passionate about.
You will have heard Adalsteinn and the team talk about the journey that we have been on: to unify the business and enable better ways of working - ultimately delivering a great customer experience built on great service delivery.
This was never something that would have happened overnight as it involved a tremendous amount of moving parts and people to make happen. Over the last eighteen months, we have made great steps towards bringing the business together. We have unified many of our teams that were spread across different divisions and geographies to support the business more effectively and allow them to share their specialist knowledge with one another. Looking back to where we were two or so years ago, the organisation has changed significantly to enable us to work smarter. This does not mean that our journey of transformation is over.
We operate in an environment where the needs of our customers change, adapt and transform all the time and it is only right that we as a business do the same to ensure we offer innovative solutions to them. It is reassuring to read, given the content of your review, you want to be proud to work with us. We want all of our people to share that feeling and if they do not, then we recognise there is still work to be done.
We encourage and welcome feedback on how we can do things differently or better. If you have any ideas or suggestions of things that we do well or could improve, you are more than welcome to come and have an open conversation with me about them.
