Pros

The best, most hard working, dedicated, and skilled people you will find in the Dynamics world. Was able to learn from others and given the opportunity to grow and progress your career.

Cons

So many to list here. Poor Senior Management. What was once a successful Business was destroyed by the Board of Directors and the vision of the CEO. Simply no clue of the Dynamics business. Stopped any form of recruitment or investment in the business and it's employees and was set out to fail when the new CEO was appointed. Customers therefore suffered from lack of resource and caused many to jump to other partners. Strongly advise against working for K3. When times get tough they will throw you into the wind with no care in the world. You are not seen as a person just a number that can be discarded.

Pros

K3 has on the whole a good ethos around its people.

Cons

K3 has been talking about transformation for well over 2 years and never actually achieved it. K3 does not act like a single entity and despite efforts to unite the business it still remains fragmented K3 all though it supports its people. It does not take into account customer sentiment and makes decisions that are directly damaging to the customer experience

Hi and thank you for your incredibly honest review. You are right in saying that we have been discussing transformation for a long period of time. This is something that we are incredibly passionate about. You will have heard Adalsteinn and the team talk about the journey that we have been on: to unify the business and enable better ways of working - ultimately delivering a great customer experience built on great service delivery. This was never something that would have happened overnight as it involved a tremendous amount of moving parts and people to make happen. Over the last eighteen months, we have made great steps towards bringing the business together. We have unified many of our teams that were spread across different divisions and geographies to support the business more effectively and allow them to share their specialist knowledge with one another. Looking back to where we were two or so years ago, the organisation has changed significantly to enable us to work smarter. This does not mean that our journey of transformation is over. We operate in an environment where the needs of our customers change, adapt and transform all the time and it is only right that we as a business do the same to ensure we offer innovative solutions to them. It is reassuring to read, given the content of your review, you want to be proud to work with us. We want all of our people to share that feeling and if they do not, then we recognise there is still work to be done. We encourage and welcome feedback on how we can do things differently or better. If you have any ideas or suggestions of things that we do well or could improve, you are more than welcome to come and have an open conversation with me about them. Pros

Every single person whom I have worked with at K3 have been exceptionally good & knowledgeable. Good customer base with exciting opportunities/problems to work with, which definitely help improving my skillset.

Cons

The senior management of the company had been terrible, especially the CEO. They do not/have not valued employees and the skills they bring to the table. This was very apparent in the sheer lack of interest they displayed to interact & communicate with the teams in Didcot.
