There are a lot of departments as within any corporation, thus making it easy to work with each other and get things done quickly and efficiently. As a major govt contractor pay is good in hazard areas in Middle East specifically.
Cons
The bureaucracy is high and the lack of communication between heads of departments sometimes causes lots of issues.
