Pros
The work environment is good, with decent coworkers, and the 9-80 work week is a nice benefit. Salaries are average. It can be hard to move up, but there are some opportunities, if you're willing to find them.
Cons
Benefits drop each year and there seems to be no hope of bonuses or recognition for support staff not working directly on projects. There is fairly frequent management turnover in some areas, which is disconcerting for the employees. The overall atmosphere quite conservative.
