Pros
Hybrid schedule (3 in office; 2 work from home) Parking is free or will provide Metro Card for bus riders. Could possibly end up with a great team and manager (or not).
Cons
It use to be a fun place to work. With the new change in management it became micro manage central. If your not in the inner circle you might as well find another job. You will be overworked and underpaid.
