Let’s you work independently if you’re on the weed spraying crew. Pays for housing. Provides equipment and PPE. Pays for training certifications and licenses.

Frequently makes bad hires. Very little managerial supervision. Very complacent employees. Limits amount of time you are allowed to work per week and complains incessantly if more overtime than they would like is worked. Housing isn’t the best. Doesn’t allow use of company vehicles outside of Tioga.
