Pros
Great place to start if you want to learn the manufacturing business. Easy to get a job there because if you can walk and breath, you're hired. You have a criminal record, do drugs, you're hired. You also can move up the ranks quickly, because it's a revolving door of hiring and quitting.
Cons
People complain all the time. Nobody's happy. Always miserable. Managers implement new policies only to change for something new a few months later. Very disorganized, always dealing with problems. Work is fast because it's a numbers game. Quality, who cares as long as you get units out the door in a month. Always promising performance bonuses, but at the end of the year, sorry no bonus. But directors and managers get them. Job is insecure. You can be working one day and the next day you're out.
