      Seggsual assault/harassment/bullying is overlooked and ENCOURAGED by management AND HR. They also scream and cuss people out for no reason. That's why everyone quits.

      They promote from within... They typically have pizza on shut down week. whoopee! :(

      Cons

      Human resources helps managers bully employees who whistleblow into submission. You will have no voice even when you are doing the right thing and trying to improve the workplace. Don't expect to be treated with respect or heard. If you go to HR to whistleblow, they'll just make your environment at work worse by telling the very person ( your manager ) you complain about that you ( and specifically you) complained about them... which makes your life worse.

      Pros

      Great people, you'll generally enjoy the work environment. Lower and Mid-level management are great and do what they can for their employees.

      Cons

      Expensive/bad benefits. Lower pay than almost all others in the Beauty Park. Production workers are overworked. Raises are not merit based, but are cost of living adjustments, and usually below (or in 2022 WELL BELOW) inflation. We've only met targets to get real bonus payouts twice in 5 or 6 years. Other bonuses have been tiny discretionary bonuses.
