Hours were not stable - every week we had different hours, and they became less and less as the job went on. Pay was 10 dollars an hour in my state and I feel it wasn’t enough for everything we did.

Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

Cons

The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
