      Pros

      Great training program and resources for directors.

      Cons

      Compensation did not reflect work load. Hours payed for did not cover all the hours worked because the number of counselors hired required me as director to act as another full-time counselor. All additional duties as director had to take place outside of time that was paid for.

      Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

      Cons

      The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
