      -I became friends with my co-workers. A fun work environment with the kids. -If you like to babysit then this will be a great job for you!

      Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

      Cons

      The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
