A lot of theft and employees were expected to confront thieves

You either overwork or underwork. Management are very passive aggressive about everything and feel like you are constantly monitored whilst standards for casual staff are stricter than Management e.g. being late, uniform ,phone time etc. Everything feels overcomplicated and honestly stressful
