      Work/Life Balance Remote Good Pay Work with multiple carriers so there is less chance of lay offs when one contract ends. One of the least toxic environments in telecom

      Cons

      They are still new and have some figuring out to do. Benefits are ok, but could be better.

      Pros

      The staff was very knowledgeable and good to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't care about middle to upper management. They RIF'd several employees during the M&A without even interviewing them for potential fits in the new organization. The promised bonuses in hiring packages and then rescinded those bonuses when it came time to pay them.
