Pros

Work alone with little supervision.

Cons

Company has zero integrity. No pay raises. Health insurance is extremely expensive. PTO is laughable. Regularly steal wages and refuse to pay when brought to managers attention. Demand 10 hr min/6 days a week. Hostile work environment. Constantly reminded personnel can be fire for any reason, or no reason. HR protects company not employees. Even when proof of wage theft or management lies are shown.

Pros

Only pro really is the opportunity to work remotely. However, that can also be a con since you are expected to be available until late hours if your project or client is in another time zone.

Cons

This company is honestly so disorganized I don't even know where to start. Although working remotely is a pro, it was also a huge con since there was no sense of a team or getting to know anyone. Only way to get promoted is to befriend or suck up to the right people. Management lets good people go due to their dishonest and tricky work practices. There is no real bonus structure.

Pros

There are a few good people.

Cons

Upper leadership touts KGP as a "meritocracy", but it's as "good ole boy" as it gets. There are no one on ones, annual reviews, attention to career pathing, or attention to employees at all. To top it off most of the people in upper management are related. I get that it was established as a family business, but none of those people demonstrate quality leadership. And they definitely didn't get there by merit. I have never heard from Katherine Putrah. Yet, the company likes to boast that it's a "female led" company. The virtue signaling is enough to make me want to puke.
