      Pros

      Supervisor is excellent. Work and life balance is good.

      Cons

      Pay needs to be comparable to market. Benefits are not good at all. Upper management doesn't listen to anything. We were constantly told that mistakes were our fault and not the big distribution centers fault. There is a huge disconnect with upper management. No room for career advancement unless you relocate.

      Pros

      The staff was very knowledgeable and good to work with.

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't care about middle to upper management. They RIF'd several employees during the M&A without even interviewing them for potential fits in the new organization. The promised bonuses in hiring packages and then rescinded those bonuses when it came time to pay them.
