Treat works with respect - Warehouse Worker KI Employee Review

Management doesn't listen and your supervisor treats people disrespectful. The supervisor I had based evaluations on his leads capabilities if you can't work as fast as him then you are no good. The supervisor discriminated against me because of my weight and treated me badly. Evaluations were based on my weight and not on my job performance. Was fired because of it.
