Pros

The setup is remote, so it's relatively flexible.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend working for KICKS CREW. Despite the remote work setup, the work environment is stressful due to the problematic leadership. Employees here don’t get any health benefits, and our management tries to micromanage us as much as it can. Our supervisors want us to work as efficiently as possible, even though they only provide terrible support and lackluster guidance.

Pros

Fast promotions if you flatter the right people.

Cons

This place lives in a weird fantasy where leadership flexes luxury deals and big names while telling staff their pay is somehow too much. One week they brag, the next week payroll is late, and the contradiction creates nonstop anxiety. Only the inner circle is treated with respect, while everyone else feels disposable no matter how hard they work. If you are not useful for attracting investor, you quietly become an enemy instead of a teammate. The culture thrives on tension, favoritism, and blatant encouragement of internal conflict to keep people distracted. Toxic personalities get rewarded, bullying is brushed off, and anyone who speaks up gets labeled as a problem. Middle management does nothing but smile, stall, and quietly pass pressure downward to protect themselves. They pretend to listen while misleading their own teams, acting as shields for leadership instead of actual support. Decisions feel calculated to benefit a few people at he top, while everyone else absorbs the fallout. You are constantly expected to pick up work from people who suddenly disappear, and no explanation is ever given. The stress here goes beyond workload and turns personal fast. You have to watch what you say, who you trust, and where you stand at all times. Speaking up does not lead to solution, it puts a target on your back. The constant politics, shifting alliances, and silent punishments take a real toll on both mental and physical health.
