Supportive team with snacks, but hard to grow

- good team, good leads - have snacks - very good and helpful co-workers, feel like everyone is welcome and ready to help you - The office location is very good - can WFH

- just feel like hard to grow with the position - need to do something repeated every day, no excitement or something to explore

Great teammates hindered by poor hiring decisions

The one star is for awesome teammates and other department members with whom I worked together with.

Cons

C Levels not hiring the right people for certain positions. They forced other mid-level managers to take over the job even though they are unqualified, just because they felt the job task was "similar" to what the manager was doing, or they felt the job was "easy". But since the C-levels are not doing it firsthand, they clearly don't know what they are talking about, for the sake of saving money, I guess. Lastly, a lot of shady work was done. I will leave it at that.

The setup is remote, so it's relatively flexible.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend working for KICKS CREW. Despite the remote work setup, the work environment is stressful due to the problematic leadership. Employees here don’t get any health benefits, and our management tries to micromanage us as much as it can. Our supervisors want us to work as efficiently as possible, even though they only provide terrible support and lackluster guidance.
