Very good benefits, close to having all tax-break advantages possible in Belgium.
Cons
Changes in management happens too frequently, close to a new manager every year, and a new director every year. Leaders are not well-prepared before stepping into their roles, which in turn slow downs the development of the team, and the seniors in the team are expected to lift the team up without much recognition.
