Pros
They'll teach you how to do everything you need to know to do your job. Much better than the bigger companies, who expect you to know how to do everything before you start. You also get a lot of exposure to a lot of different technologies, real, hands on experience, not just looking at it from afar.
Cons
Pay is not very good. As you can imagine with poor pay and a willingness to hire inexperienced people, there is basically no mentorship and everything is very chaotic. Company owner is not the best at projection of revenue and constant turnover leaves things in "scramble mode" all the time.
