Pros

KLA Group really invests in its employees. Here are some of the ways KLA group outshines other companies I've worked at in this way: - Great work/life balance - Regular reviews and coaching opportunities with manager - Professional development opportunities such as sales and presentation coaching with external experts - Winter break around the holidays - Freedom to work anywhere I've really enjoyed my time at KLA Group! We are a close-knit group of people who has each other's backs and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. We share ideas every week and do everything we can to boost each other up.

Cons

The only con I've experienced about working at KLA Group is the fact that we're a fully-remote company and our employees and clients are spread across the US & Canada! I do miss seeing my co-workers and clients face to face.

Pros

It's a small shop and has a startup feel mixed with a small family business feel. Everyone knows each other and nobody dreads coming to work on Monday morning. It's seriously the best employer I've ever had. Could I make more somewhere else? Yes. Would I be happy? Hell no. I'd be worked like a rented mule and unappreciated. At KLA I can affect real positive change in the company, from the very start. It's all work from home, and competitive with other similar companies. I would like to work here for the rest of my career.

Cons

We don't have a yearly get together. There's no bonus structure or yearly raise process, so you have to work to craft your own. The target market for our services is limited.

Pros

The leadership team genuinely cares about the staff here and it’s very obvious. Even though we’re all virtual, we’re a really close group. We meet and chat regularly. We support each other, teach each other, and strategize together. We have laughs in every staff meeting. There is a sense of camaraderie I haven’t experienced at other companies. I was surprised to see negative comments about micro-management and narcissist managers because I know the leaders and it’s never been my experience. On the contrary, I love how the leaders (and actually our whole team) have always welcomed new ideas. We are growing rapidly. That could create challenges, but instead it’s created new opportunities for all of us. We’re invited into key decisions and contribute ideas to the growth and development of the company, as well as our clients' companies. It’s a collaborative environment and everyone has a say. I feel like I make a difference.

Cons

I really like that we are a virtual company. We have teammates and clients all over the country which is fun. Sometimes working across the different time zones from NY to LA is challenging. You have to manage your schedule to that, which requires personal discipline.
