-Getting 100 dollars for every day - every 7 days your out you rack up 2 off days max out at 12 off days -Great pay for OTR drivers with experience and new drivers with 3 months of experience
Cons
- dispatchers like to make you do a lot of short runs if your in the Atlanta area the day before your day off, or they like to bring you to Atlanta and do quick runs to the Carolinas instead of just letting you go home -dispatchers will make you do unnecessary trailer swaps to keep their favorite drivers in the south while they run you wild, only reason Ik bc I did trailer swaps with the same driver 3 different times until I said some -night shift dispatchers don’t gaf until they notice the loads will be late -weekend dispatchers don’t gaf just hope you don’t have a problem and got a long load for the weekend so you don’t have to deal with them - Chris out of Jackson needs to be fired wasnt my primary dispatcher just a dispatcher I had to deal with a few times -but overall KLLM is a great company, with great benefits, if KLLM wants to take that #1 spot from prime they’ll have to clean house with some of those dispatchers
