Pros

i don't have anything positive to say

Cons

Quality content at the expense of their staff - both wages and wellbeing. HUGE staff turnover. Toxic over-working culture perpetuated by poor (or intentionally unaware) leadership and middle-managers who can manage projects but not people. I wasn't aware until I moved on, but they do have a reputation for low salaries and low job satisfaction. wish i had known that before i worked there.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry your experience of working at KOJO isn't as we intended, that your pay was a concern for you, and that the opportunities for growth and wellbeing we provide at KOJO didn't hit the mark from your point of view. Based on a number of different measures & sources of information, we don't believe we have a "toxic over-working culture" or that we pay 'low salaries'. For example, our annual employee voluntary turnover for the last year is just over 3% and our recent engagement survey results show employee engagement is 78% and our eNPS is 81%. However, if you have specific examples or stories to share, we would be very grateful to hear these so we can take action to address any issues immediately. We hope you've found a new role that pays you what you feel is right for your skills and experience, and moreover, allows you to do work you're proud of and feel a sense of accomplishment. All the best.
