Pros
Good exposure to CMMI Level 5 processes, good exposure to technology and domain, company promotes grassroots innovation culture, excellent work-life balance, excellent CSR and "green" initiatives, flatter organization (no hierarchy barriers between a fresher and CXO's), young and maturing organization (hence, everyone can get a role to contribute towards achieving organizational maturity)
Cons
Lower salaries and increments (compared to peers in IT Industry), improvement needed in performance appraisals and recognition, management though highly strategic it is yet not too aggressive compared to its peers (But that maybe because KPIT puts its employees and customers first and profits second)
